de Panamá (better known as AMPA), an R/C club that flies in the
Calzada Larga airport on the outskirts of the City of Panama. |

Felipe Raba's 1/12
scale P-47D-30 "Tarheel Hal". Fuselage built from enlarged Guillows
plan (133%). Wing designed by me. (Scratch-built) Engine used is a Royal
.25 with custom made exhaust. Retracts are Spring Air (main) and Robart
(tail), using Robart scale wheels. Futaba radio used with 4 standard seros
and one micro servo. Automotive paint used over silkspan. Balsa and Ply
built up construction. It has 42" wingspan (click on picture

Fabian Schwarz and
his 1/12 scale Me 109G-10: Scartch-built, designed and owned by Fabian.
Uses a .15 engine, and has 3 channels with a Futaba radio. Automotive paint
used over primed balsa. Balsa and Ply built up construction. It has 33"

Fabian Schwarz and
his He 219: Aeronaut kit heavily modified to include flaps, retracts,
scale doors, cockpit, glow-power (originally designed for 2 Speed 400s)
with scale exhaust (custom made complete with flame dampers), radar aerials
and armament (including Schrage Musik). Built and owned by Fabian. It
has 1400mm (a little under 57") of wingspan. (click on picture

Rafael "Pepo"
Cano's B-25, which features scale interior, retracts, brakes, lights
and bomb-dropping capabilities. "It is a beautiful sight to see this
plan line up on the bomb run and drop its 4 plaster bombs with shotgunshell

1101, designed by Felipe Rabat. This early experimental jet is turbine
powered and has made many successfull flights and now is being fitted
